Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Marketing and Referral Relations Manager to help expand our presence and relationships throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding communities. You will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical offices, personal trainers, fitness centers, law firms, and other potential referral partners
- Visit businesses throughout your assigned territory (which may be expanded to include Broward county) to introduce USA Sports Medicine and our services
- Plan and host events, with the support of other USA Sports Medicine personnel, in the area to build brand awareness in the community
- Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective and existing referral sources, including detailed tracking and reporting of your efforts
- Work closely with leadership to identify new opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous relevant experience in a similar healthcare role
- Existing relationships in the South Florida medical and fitness communities, preferably within primary care and orthopedic physician specialties
- Understanding of physical therapy, chiropractic and/or sports medicine is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own territory
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
