Franchise Brand Manager – USA Ninja Challenge
Location: Hybrid (Remote Weekly meetings in NH)

About Us: USA Ninja Challenge is a fast-growing youth fitness franchise with a mission to inspire kids to reach new heights—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our mission is to provide athletes with a fun, challenging program that focuses on overcoming obstacles—one at a time—to build confidence, self-esteem, and athleticism. Our vision is to become the predominant program for children’s all-around fitness in America.
We’re seeking a Sales Associate / Brand Manager to join our team. This role is about people, purpose, and connection—not hard selling. You’ll represent the brand, guide potential franchise owners through our process, and help grow a network of mission-driven entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective franchise owners through the journey from interest to commitment, helping them understand the opportunity and closing deals with care and authenticity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential franchise owners through calls, virtual meetings, and events.
- Build and nurture trusting relationships with prospective and existing franchise owners, brokers, and the corporate team.
- Manage, optimize, and track leads in the CRM, ensuring an organized and efficient sales process.
- Track performance against sales targets, report insights to leadership, and analyze trends to improve outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and research new markets to prioritize lead and growth opportunities.
- Host-in-person Discovery Days twice monthly in Manchester, NH, providing an engaging experience for prospective owners.
- Represent the USA Ninja Challenge brand at discovery days, broker conferences, and other franchise events.
- Actively participate in 4-5 broker conferences each year to promote the brand
- Prioritize quality leads and authentic education over traditional sales tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in sales, youth fitness, education, or franchise development preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and comfortable managing a CRM system.
- Team-oriented with a passion for youth development and making a difference.
- Must live within driving distance of NH for weekly meetings.
