Part-Time Position Children’s Fitness Instructor- Ninja
At USA Ninja Challenge Concord, we are looking for an athletically-inclined, detail-oriented, capable leader who LOVES working with kids!! No experience in the sport of Ninja is required. We provide on-the-job training for coaching and event leadership. Any experience with fitness/athletic instructions, customer relations, and/or social media content are a plus!

Job Duties
Coaching Classes (approximately 10-15 hours per week and Saturday’s a Plus):
● Follow the lesson plan to set up the gym accordingly.
● Enforce safety and behavioral policies inside the gym.
● Lead an engaging warm-up.
● Coach groups of up to 9 Ninjas safely through courses and station work.
● Access levels: Reference the curriculum sheet to assess skill development at the USA Ninja Challenge standard. Keep records of athletes up to date.
● Interact positively with parents. Communicate regularly.
● Occasional, simple administrative work
Hosting Parties (when booked on Saturdays)
● Set up Gym Lobby
● Greet guests - check waiver is submitted
● Lead the warm-up for all party guests
● Have fun, enforce safety and follow party structure guidelines
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
