1031 Wholesaler. Direct Product. Real Inventory.
USA Land Group is hiring a 1031-focused wholesaler to expand distribution of direct replacement property.
This role is built for someone currently selling DSTs or operating in the 1031 space who wants more control, faster execution, and a differentiated product.
This is not a role that requires a securities license, as we are the owner of the properties, and this is not a DST. No securities sales.

• Currently wholesaling DSTs or active in the 1031 ecosystem
• Understand timelines, exchange mechanics, and client pressure points
• Operator mindset. You know how to move deals, not just talk about them
• Self-directed and comfortable building your own pipeline
