About the Company
USA Land Group is seeking a high-output Dispositions Manager to oversee the full lifecycle sale of land assets across the United States. This role is responsible for creating buyer demand, managing inbound opportunities, negotiating transactions, and driving properties from acquisition through executed contract and closing support. We are not looking for a passive order taker. We are looking for someone who understands how to move inventory, build urgency, create liquidity in illiquid markets, and consistently close deals. Our team acquires land nationwide across dozens of states. Your job is to turn owned inventory into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full disposition lifecycle for company-owned land inventory nationwide
- Generate buyer demand through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Handle inbound lead flow and convert inquiries into executed purchase agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with land buyers, builders, developers, investors, and brokers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract structure
- Coordinate with internal acquisition, marketing, and closing teams to move transactions efficiently
- Track pipeline activity, buyer feedback, and market demand trends
- Support due diligence, contract execution, and closing coordination through final settlement
- Develop repeat buyer relationships and strategic disposition channels
- Assist in pricing strategy and market positioning of assets
Qualifications
- 3 years of real estate sales, dispositions, land brokerage, or A&D experience preferred
- Strong understanding of land valuation, entitlement potential, zoning, utilities, access, and development fundamentals
- Proven ability to negotiate and close transactions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with high accountability and ownership
- CRM and pipeline management experience preferred
- Active real estate license preferred but not required
