About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated, confident, and driven Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
You don't need years of laboratory equipment experience—we're looking for someone who can learn our products, communicate with confidence, and become a trusted advisor to our customers. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and have strong sales skills, we'll provide the product training.
Responsibilities- Generate new business through outbound prospecting
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone and email
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close opportunities
- Learn and confidently present USA Lab's products and solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
- Work closely with purchasing and operations to ensure successful order fulfillment
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- B2B or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and explain them clearly
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on opportunities
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude with a strong desire to grow
A technical, mechanical, or scientific background is a plus, but not required.
