Construction Team Leader

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Lead a small team of 2-3 coworkers installing foam insulation
- Maintain the flow of day-to-day operations for your team
- Represent USA Insulation in front of customers
- Crew leads are the primary foam installers, working from 6'-24' ladders and in attics/crawlspaces
- Crew leads are expected to work alongside installers as well to ensure timely job completions.

- Strength - construction can be tough
- Working outdoors - conditions may be cold, hot, or wet
- Mechanical skills - pick up on our equipment training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Driver’s License and good driving record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Pass drug test and random drug screening
- Experience managing a small construction team (preferred)
