Inbound leads come to us — homeowners who already want help with their insulation. Your job is to answer the phone and emails, have a real conversation, figure out if we're the right fit for them, and get them booked with one of our estimators. That's the core of it.
We'll train you on everything about what we do and how we do it. You don't need to know insulation. You need to be genuinely good with people and care whether the conversation goes well.
This is a Monday–Friday, in-office role based in Lexington. No nights, no weekends, no cold calling.
Day to day, you'll be:

- Answering inbound calls and web leads from homeowners
- Qualifying prospects and scheduling on-site estimates
- Following up with leads who haven't booked yet
- Keeping our CRM and job tracking system clean and up to date
- Communicating any scheduling changes between customers and our field team
- Hold a warm, confident conversation and make people feel heard — not just processed
- Follow through without being reminded
- Are comfortable on a computer (we use basic CRM and scheduling tools — nothing complicated)
- Want to actually grow within a company that will notice when you're good
- $17–$25/hr depending on experience
