Position Details:
- Full-Time: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (No weekends!)
- Starting Wage: $17 (based on experience)

A Day In the Life Of:
As our Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our practice. Your daily tasks will include:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, text, and email.
- Manage and track specialist referrals.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team.
- Use scheduling software and office systems efficiently.
- Learn new processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
