Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in using shipping software and tools for tracking and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously preferred:
- Experience working with international shipping and customs procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret shipping data
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- Receives and examines incoming shipments as well as expedite shipments as required.
- Maintains all files and records related to shipping operations.
- Inventory packing and shipping supplies and informs purchasing when resupply is needed.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Maintains cleanliness of shipping and stockroom areas to include storing materials in appropriate locations.
- Oversees and maintains all stock inventories for stockroom daily.
- Unloads shipping trucks as required.
- Assists shipping area with package procedures as requested.
- Reports any concerns or discrepancies to management.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
