US Global Shipping, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to manage day-to-day export operations and ensure smooth, compliant shipment processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process all export documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate ocean shipments with carriers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver high-quality service
- Resolve shipment issues and maintain operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and ocean freight processes
- Experience in international shipping and logistics operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Greensboro, NC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (logistics software experience is a plus)
