Are you an experienced carpet-cleaning professional who knows how to sell, upsell, and maximize every customer opportunity?
USA Carpet Cleaning Pros is looking for motivated Independent Carpet Cleaning Technicians & Sales Specialists who want to be their own boss and have an opportunity to significantly increase their income based on performance and sales ability.
This is not a traditional hourly job.
Your income is directly connected to how many jobs you complete and how much revenue you generate.
You earn 40% of the revenue from every job you complete, giving you a direct incentive to increase the value of every customer appointment.

You turn the appointment into revenue.
A customer may initially book a basic carpet cleaning, but your job is to professionally evaluate the customer’s needs and identify additional services that can improve the results.
Potential services may include:
- Carpet deep cleaning
- Stain treatment
- Pet odor treatment
- Upholstery cleaning
- Area rug cleaning
- Mattress cleaning
- Stair cleaning
- Hallway cleaning
- Spot treatments
- Water-damage-related cleaning services
- Other approved cleaning services
The better you are at identifying customer needs, explaining the value, and closing additional services, the more you can earn.
EXAMPLE OF YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL
If your average completed ticket is:
$250 → You earn $100
$500 → You earn $200
$750 → You earn $300
$1,000 → You earn $400

The technician who simply completes the original $150 cleaning will earn less than the technician who professionally identifies additional customer needs and turns that same appointment into a $500 service.
WE WANT SALES-MINDED TECHNICIANS
You should be comfortable talking with customers and recommending services.
You don’t need to be a pushy salesperson.
You need to be able to:
- Ask the right questions
- Inspect the customer’s carpet and upholstery
- Identify cleaning needs
- Explain problems and solutions
- Explain the benefits of additional services
- Provide professional recommendations
- Present pricing confidently
- Close additional services
- Deliver excellent results
- Ask for the sale

YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN BUSINESS TOOLS
As an independent subcontractor, you are responsible for providing:
- Professional carpet-cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Cleaning chemicals
- Hoses and accessories
- Cleaning tools and supplies
- Smartphone
- Required PPE and safety equipment
REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Professional carpet-cleaning experience
- Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
- Your own professional equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Your own chemicals and supplies
- Strong customer-service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable selling and upselling services
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to travel throughout your assigned service area
