Duties
- Operate cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors, floor buffers, and floor scrubbers to thoroughly clean and restore carpets and floors.
- Perform carpet cleaning using specialized techniques to remove stains, dirt, and allergens, ensuring a fresh and healthy environment.
- Handle and apply floor cleaning chemicals safely during various tasks including waxing, buffing, refinishing, and sealing floors.
- Conduct manual handling of heavy equipment and furniture to facilitate comprehensive cleaning processes while adhering to safety protocols.
- Execute floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and shine across different surfaces.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs, explaining cleaning procedures, and ensuring satisfaction with the results.
- Maintain cleaning equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety during all tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or environmental services environments is highly preferred.
