About Us
We are a growing logistics and supply chain company supporting e-commerce and last-mile delivery operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team and support our daily shipping and logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate shipments with last-mile delivery partners and trucking carriers
· Schedule pickups and deliveries and monitor shipment status
· Communicate with carriers regarding booking, delivery schedules, and shipment updates
· Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays
· Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries
· Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL) and delivery confirmations
· Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems or spreadsheets
· Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Assist with cross-department communication and general logistics coordination
Qualifications
· 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transportation coordination preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Basic knowledge of trucking or last-mile delivery operations is a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with logistics software, TMS, or ERP systems is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
