The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Key Account Sales Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by calling on Supporting 3M’s sales efforts with specific departments at Home Depot. Develops business strategies and creates solutions to achieve sales targets. Plans, organizes, and directs all sales activities. Consults with leadership team to set medium- to long-term strategic direction to exceed customer expectations. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of selling to large CBG retailers in a private, public, government or military environment Current, valid Driver’s License. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience and in depth understanding of major consumer product retailers Advanced analytical experience with category management Prior knowledge/experience with retail programs Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce.com) Work location: Live and work at 3M’s office in Smyrna Georgia. In office three days per week. Travel: May include up to 25% domestic Relocation Assistance: Not authorized.
