Job Description Join the growing Agilent team supporting our large scale facility expansion in Frederick, Colorado. The Maintenance Manager will support building, assembling, and developing the process maintenance and metrology team that will support the new expansion driving biopharmaceutical manufacturing excellence. This is a high-impact role suited for a hands-on, technically skilled leader who thrives in fast-paced, GMP-regulated environments. You will develop the strategies supporting Agilent in our goal to mature our Asset Life Cycle Management program. The leader will develop a robust maintenance planning & scheduling program. Development of maintenance plans, spare parts bill of materials, spare parts organization, and a shop will be points of focus throughout the facility startup. The leader will support the remaining construction of the project and then support the project team through startup of critical utilities and process equipment necessary to produce Oligonucleotide Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience. 1 years' experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level; 2 years will be helpful Supervises activities and projects of Process Maintenance Technicians, Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Technicians, Metrologists, Field Service Engineers, Maintenance Planner, and Process Maintenance personnel. Provides leadership and technical guidance for Preventative Maintenance and Calibration activities to ensure full uptime and reliability of facility to meet the manufacturing demands for new and existing processes. Oversees maintenance, metrology and repair activities for cGMP equipment and systems. Managerial responsibilities include development of team through coaching and training, responsible for scheduling, managing activities, budgeting, and hiring for department. Leads maintenance expense budget for spare parts, service contracts, operating cost and labor to ensure profitability. Partners with other NASD Engineering/Process Maintenance site leadership to align on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), spare parts management, process maintenance and calibration activities, and overall service level to manufacturing. #LI-DT1 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $127,680.00 - $199,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
