Job Description Join our team as a Manufacturing Software Engineer and play a key role in developing innovative software solutions that support advanced manufacturing and data analytics. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology that drives operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Design, implement, and document software solutions for manufacturing and test environments. Develop and deploy algorithms for analytics of complex datasets. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize database design and model deployment. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes. Support solution deployment and maintenance in production environments. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4 years of professional experience in software engineering (advanced level). Proficiency in C#; working knowledge of Python and familiarity with other programming languages. Solid understanding of database design principles and experience with SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Experience with AWS and deploying solutions in cloud environments. Exposure to AI/ML engineering and familiarity with relevant machine learning frameworks. Inclusive mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103,200.00 - $161,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
