POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Operations & Events Intern to support the planning and
execution of our eight summer events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is interested in sports management, event operations, or youth athletics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the coordination and execution of the eight Summer ID Events for the Olympic
Development Program
• Support field and facility setup, including equipment distribution, signage, and event
breakdown
• Sort, count, and package gear to send to each event
• Assist with administrative tasks such as Independent Contractor Agreements, player
registration, answering emails, and roster tracking
• Be present on site to maintain effective communication and check-in
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor sports environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and during events
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to take initiative
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Interest in sports management, event planning, or youth development
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
• Background in competitive sports
• Experience working with youth programs, camps, or events
