Primary Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating all logistics for events, including planning and executing events from the initial planning to day-of-event execution and event close out and reporting.

Experience:
Prior successful experience working in collaborative team environments
Minimum two years of leadership experience
Experience in encouragin teams, implementing improvement efforts
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Coordinate all logistics for recruitment events, including planning and executing events from the initial planning to day-of-event execution.
2. Work with event stakeholders to ensure the event is audience centered and supports the desired outcomes of the District.
3. Ensure visits and events run smoothly and have a positive effect on students.
4. Oversee the completion of responsibilities by those individuals who assist with the event.
5. Coordinate multiple events within any given period of time.
6. Set event planning timelines and ensure deadlines are met from event unit and staff members.
7. Meet with key stakeholders on setting schedule. Facilitate and maintain communication of event timelines and operational requirements between all parties.
8. Assist with room reservations, coordination of room setup and deliverables for events.
9. Work with the appropriate staff to schedule the proper personnel needed for the successful execution of assigned events.
10. Work to prepare and submit required approval requests pertaining to an event within established guidelines and timeframes.
11. Track, manage, and monitor decisions for each event. Assist with any needed arrangements.
12. Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
13. Other duties as assigned.
