US Trades is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations within our crane and equipment parts warehouse. This position plays an important role in maintaining the organization, accuracy, and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work on their feet throughout the day, and comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize, sort, and store crane and equipment parts in designated warehouse locations
• Accurately label parts, bins, and shelving according to warehouse inventory standards
• Assist with routine inventory control tasks and part location verification
• Move parts, components, and supplies throughout the warehouse using approved methods
• Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, cleaning work areas, and removing debris
• Assist warehouse staff with staging parts for orders or maintenance activities
• Climb ladders or step stools to access upper shelf locations and kneel or stoop to reach lower shelves
• Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and well-organized
• Follow all company safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions
Requirements
• Ability to read, understand, and accurately identify part numbers and labeling
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)
• Ability to routinely climb, kneel, lift, bend, and reach as part of normal duties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to perform general labor and cleaning tasks as needed
• Able to work in a warehouse/shop environment with varying temperatures
• Must be dependable and punctual
