Key Responsibilities
Installation & Assembly: Assemble conveyor frames, support steel, rollers, pulleys, bearings, and motors based on technical drawings.
Alignment & Testing: Level and straighten conveyors, ensuring precise alignment (within inch) to prevent tracking issues.
Site Layout: Assist with setting up the layout, measuring, and positioning equipment.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform repairs and replace worn components like chains and gearboxes.
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow safety protocols, including OSHA standards, to maintain a safe job site.
Project Documentation: Document installation activities, labor hours, and parts used.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience (1–3 years) in conveyor installation, maintenance, or similar millwright work.
