We are seeking an experienced Lead Conveyor & Racking Installer to oversee crews and support the installation of conveyor systems and racking projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct installation crews on job sites
- Install conveyor systems and racking according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Maintain quality standards and site safety compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience installing conveyor systems and/or racking
- Proven leadership experience leading crews in an industrial or construction environment
- Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
