Position Summary
US Tool Group is seeking a Tool Prep Level 1 team member to join our Day Shift operations in Farmington, Missouri.
This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sorting a variety of cutting tools with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience using inspection and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with speed and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivation and a commitment to completing assigned work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Essential Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Identifying, evaluating, and sorting a wide variety of cutting tools
- Using measuring instruments to inspect and verify tool dimensions
- Utilizing computer coding programs to classify and process tooling
- Maintaining organization and accuracy while handling large volumes of tools
- Following quality standards and established work procedures
- Supporting team objectives and production goals

- 5% Standing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
