Qualifications:
- Problem solving skills
- Able to perform and keep track of multiple tasks
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
- School Classes in related field (may be considered in place of experience)
- Diagnose and repair machines on location as well as build and assemble machinery
- Understanding of work quality
- Self-Motivated to get assigned work completed
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working Knowledge of PLC & HVAC
- Proficient with Schematics/Blueprints
- Mig and Tig Welding
Daily Responsibilities:
- Inspection and startup of utilities: hydraulic/pneumatic system, filtration system, and various of other plant utilities
- Complete Preventive Maintenance work order sheets that are provided for Plant machinery and utilities (MP2)
- Address special projects as assigned by Maintenance Manager
Physical Requirements
- 90% Standing
- 10% Sitting
- Bending and lifting 100 lbs.
- Climbing
- Bending, reaching, kneeling
