Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 10:00pm - 6:30am
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Performs general groundskeeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
- Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas.
- Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (2) years of experience in groundskeeping, exterior cleaning, and/or maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance operations.
- Great customer service skills are a must.
- Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
