- Must have innate ability to work quick and accurately and follow instructions;

A typical day may look like this:
- Any duty in any assignable category appearing below, as may be assigned or required from time to time; and
- Any duty of a similar or related nature not specifically listed below, but which may be assigned or required from time to time.
- Report to the Administrative Support Supervisor,
- Vendor/Supplier setups
- Internal-use corporate account negotiation
- Office equipment and supplies
- Record retention
- State specific sales and use tax preparation and filings
- Uniform commercial code (i.e., “Terms and Conditions”)
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements)
- Lease Management
- Front desk, telephones and reception backup support
- Other disciplines may be determined from time to time
- Other general administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
