Position Summary
The Office Administrator serves as the frontline presence of each office, managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting our escrow teams. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, agents, lenders, and visitors in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including incoming calls, emails, and general office communication.
- Prepare, scan, label, and organize documents; assist with uploading items into escrow files.
- Support Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants with clerical tasks and new order setup.
- Organize incoming mail, deliveries, and file distribution.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with conference room scheduling, meetings, and occasional office events.
- Uphold compliance, confidentiality, and company standards in all tasks.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture within the office.
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred; title/escrow/real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems.
- Proficient with basic computer software; familiarity with title/escrow platforms helpful but not mandatory.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
