US Technical Ceramics' extensive experience enables us to produce high quality Aluminum Oxide ceramic materials that meet today's ever widening range of applications for diversified industries such as semiconductors, electronics, aerospace, nuclear and biochemical.Essential DutiesRead Blueprints, tooling and set up instructions and standard charts for specificationsSet-up, and run all facets of work assignedSpot check production parts using calipers and micrometers per blueprint specifications.Monitor machine operation and report malfunctions to supervisor.Monitor tool performance through in-process quality checklists.Ensure company procedures and “best machine practices” are being always followed and are in placePerform additional related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years of Manual Lathe, Mill experience, and Surface grinder.
