Role Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist to support Medicaid providers and clients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment while ensuring accurate issue resolution and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility, claims status, and program-related inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call documentation and records
  • Route calls to appropriate departments when required
  • Meet strict attendance, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Support additional operational tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months recent experience in a high-volume call/contact center
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – must read, write, and speak fluently (80% assessment score required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite and adhere to schedule requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Prior experience supporting healthcare or Medicaid programs
