What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator – Procurement Operations position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration: 9 Months Contract role with possible extension
What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
- Viewing contracts, entering contract data into Oracle Fusion, gathering contracts with requestors, working with buyers. They will manage the procurement contractual suppliers to ensure data is accurate such as confirming that payment terms are accurate. They should be able to read a contract and understand key data points of a contract such as entities and payment terms, source to pay process.
- High level attention to detail and, Excel skills and general analytical skills for evaluating data.
- Excel – pivot tables, vlookup.
- This environment requires agility, being flexible with processes and procedures is key to success in this environment, should be capable of prioritizing as changes occur.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management strategies across a complex organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, Ariba
