About Squash Tigers
Squash Tigers is a high-performance junior squash academy focused on long-term athlete development and competitive success. Founded in 2022, the program operates premier training facilities across multiple locations, with state-of-the-art glass court environments.
Our programming serves players aged 8β18 across Foundation, Performance, and High Performance pathways, with a strong emphasis on technical development, physical preparation, and tournament readiness.
Position Overview
Squash Tigers is seeking multiple Squash Professionals to join its coaching team. These roles involve delivering high-quality individual and group instruction while contributing to a structured, team-oriented training environment.
As the organization continues to grow, Squash Tigers is expanding into additional geographic markets across the Mid-Atlantic region, creating additional leadership and progression opportunities within the coaching team.
The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and committed to junior player development, with the ability to build strong relationships with players and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver private lessons and lead structured group training sessions
- Support player development across all program levels
- Assist with tournament preparation and coaching support at events
- Build positive, professional relationships with players and families
- Contribute to daily academy operations and scheduling
- Collegiate and/or professional playing background
- Prior coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, team-oriented approach
- Interest in long-term career development within coaching
