Responsibilities for Loan Processor
- With consistent increases in business, we are in need of an additional strong and seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor.
- Must have a min of 3-5yrs experience in residential mortgage processing.
- Strong organizational skills is also a must.
- Experience analyzing income
- 2-5 years of FHA, VA, and Conventional recent processing experience.
- Knowledge of Encompass LOS is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of compliance / TRID regulations
- Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
- Accurately and quickly request and obtain needed items for submission of loan as well as completion of final approval to meet underwriters requests for closing.
- Able to hold weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
- Superior internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible and fast paced production oriented environment.
