We're looking for two experienced and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Boost Mobile team in Chicago, IL. If you have a background in wireless sales, enjoy helping people, and are driven to meet sales goals, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service
• Assist customers in selecting phones, plans, and accessories that best fit their needs
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services
• Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS system use
• Troubleshoot basic device issues and provide product demonstrations
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Participate in product launches, promotions, and marketing efforts

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Previous experience working in a wireless retail environment (e.g., Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first attitude with a knack for building relationships
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Basic tech knowledge and a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Pay: $16.20 - $21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
