Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to assist with our sales activities in the Infrastructure Development sector. This fully remote role involves supporting the sales team through coordination, documentation, and operational duties to ensure smooth sales processes. The Sales Coordinator will handle sales documentation, track industry trends, coordinate order fulfillment, and assist with internal reporting. Training and onboarding will be provided to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to infrastructure projects and client orders
- Create, organize, and update sales-related documents, contracts, and product information
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the infrastructure sector
- Oversee the progress of sales orders and project deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order statuses
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper invoicing and payment tracking
- Prepare and maintain internal reports to analyze sales performance
- Provide general support to improve sales operations and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in business, marketing, finance, or related fields is a plus but not required
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided

Pay: $25.01 - $30.12 per hour
