Full Time Position for a 2nd Shift Supervisor
Qualifications:
- 5 years of CNC machining experience, including 5-axis.
- Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Haas is a plus), tooling, and aerospace materials.
- Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNC operators and support staff during shift operations.
- Assign workstations, monitor workflow, and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate training.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve production issues.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
