Administrative Duties & Responsibilities
- Training of new employees on use of & understanding of CNC products built and SOPs.
- Continuing education & re-training of CNC SOPs
- Assist in the creation of classroom and field training program with help of management.
- Conduct safety audits on projects being built.
- Field recruitment & evaluation of performance of employees
- Represent the CNC brand & culture through customer / employee relations in a professional and productive manner
