US In Home Services is a rapidly expanding appliance repair service center with multiple locations. We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our LaPlace branch as a Parts Manager.

Responsibilities
- Distribute parts to field technicians daily
- Collect unused, defective, or returnable parts from field technicians
- Process and manage returns to various parts distributors
- Conduct daily inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels
- Receive, organize, label, and store incoming parts
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts records
- Track parts orders and provide status updates when needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from managers, technicians, and colleagues
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous parts, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred but not required
- Paid training will be provided
- Inventory management experience of at least one year is preferred
- Inventory control experience of at least one year is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to LaPlace, Louisiana
