Store Manager - Auto Parts
Certifit, Inc., a nationwide supplier of new automotive products is looking to hire a store manager for our location in St Rose, LA.
Earn competitive pay with salary plus commission around $90,000 based on current store sales. Certifit's accommodating work schedule allows for managers to enjoy weekends and evenings off. Benefits include health insurance, vacation pay, and sick pay.
A bachelor's degree is required, (all majors will be considered), and retail experience is preferred.
We are looking for an individual that can successfully run an active retail location with the following skills.
● Foster customer relationships that promote greater sales
● Plan and organize a large supply warehouse
● Prepare accurate and timely daily paperwork
● Hire, train, and motivate store employees
Qualifications:
● Have a positive attitude, be customer-focused and be willing to work
● Bachelor’s degree required
● Prior management experience helpful with retail management preferred
● Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and company leaders.
● A focus on growth and ability to identify areas for improvement.
