US Heart and Vascular is needing a Vein Center Manager to join our team at Birmingham Heart Clinic/Vein Center in Birmingham, AL
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Vein Center
- Manage the vein center team
- Maintain the highest level of customer service for patients.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate patients’ plans of care.
- Communicate patient issues and abnormal test results to the physician.
- Relay the physician’s treatment plan to patients
- Document all required information in the electronic medical record (EMR) for each patient visit.
- Collaborate with the pre-authorization team for diagnostic tests and procedures.
