Hospital Based ACNP at Tucson Medical Center with Pima Heart and Vascular
Our growing in house APP team at TMC is adding to our group at Pima Heart and Vascular. This is a great opportunity to work closely with Interventional Cardiologists who have been caring for hearts in the community for over 40 years.
Position Highlights
- Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts along with minimal amount of call
- Hospital based position at Tucson Medical Center with Pima Heart and Vascular
- Working collaboratively with two interventional cardiologists

Our collegial team of 43 physicians and 20 APPs, provides a full range of diagnostic tests, clinical treatments, and surgical services, including general and interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, electrophysiology as well as comprehensive suite of in-house ancillary services.

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of Advanced Practice experience with extensive inpatient exposure required, cardiology experience preferred. ACNP or PA only per the bylaws.
- Under the supervision of assigned physician, provide inpatient care predominantly in settings such as medical floor, acute care units, intensive care units or emergency rooms. Manage and coordinate care throughout treatment.
- NP – completion of Acute Care nurse practitioner education program plus national certification.
- Unrestricted AZ license and AZ DEA, clean background.
- Active ACLS certification.
