Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and assists with the day-to-day operations of HR functions. This role ensures smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests, helping maintain efficient HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork and orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide support to integrations and M&A functions as appropriate
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- 2-4 years in HR or administrative support role preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
