Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Admissions Process: Oversee the admissions process for patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients, answering inquiries and providing information about services, and admission requirements.
- Conduct Interviews: Interview applicants to assess their qualifications and fit for the facility, and provide guidance on the application process.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of applications, admissions decisions, and follow-up communications.
- Outreach: Engage in outreach activities to attract potential patients, including attending events and conducting presentations.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Registered Nurse RN Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of AL.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
