Shipping Coordinator

𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 | 𝗢𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲

We are looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to manage day to day container operations, vehicle loading, and export documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands vehicle export logistics and can manage operations with precision and ownership.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Load and secure vehicles into containers

• Coordinate shipping line bookings and schedules

• Manage warehouse operations for container loading

• Ensure compliance with port and terminal cutoff deadlines

• Prepare titles, export documents, and customs paperwork

• Communicate with customers and internal teams

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Prior experience in vehicle or container shipping required

• Knowledge of international shipping and port operations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
