Mission of the Role:
Generate qualified, high-value appointments by engaging Costco members in-store, educating them about the benefits of artificial turf, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design/sales team. This role directly fuels company growth through meaningful customer interactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage Costco members at our turf booth or exit fence.
- Create interest and generate leads for onsite quotes
- Share basic information about our products and services
- Schedule qualified in-home design consultations — no selling or closing required
- Maintain a polished, professional presence inside Costco
- Log all appointments and lead details accurately in the CRM
- Contribute positively to a fun, energetic environment
Key Performance Expectations:
- Maintain 10–15 qualified appointments per week on average
- Achieve 85% appointment show rate
- Contribute to a 40% close rate Represent US Family Turf with professionalism and integrity

Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Strong people skills and comfort approaching strangers
