Duties
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety training for team members and ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations.
- Monitor, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks and ensure proper material handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of consumable inventory and participate in stock counts as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse management is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
