Store Sales Assistant — English & Mandarin Bilingual

FOH Furniture is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Store Sales Assistant who is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in the showroom.
• Understand customers’ furniture needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product sizes, materials, colors, finishes, pricing, and lead times.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and payment records.
• Follow up with sales leads by phone, email, Whatsapp, and other channels.
• Coordinate product availability, pickup, delivery, and installation.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse staff, sales representatives, and overseas suppliers.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and professionally presented.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and help resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive personality with a willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with measurements and pricing.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Retail, furniture, interior design, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work effectively with a team.
