POSITION SUMMARY:
US Drilling, Inc has a opening for an Assistant Project Manager, who assists in overseeing project execution, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. This position bridges entry-level support and full project management responsibilities, providing opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, including resource allocation.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion
of milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project
Manager.
Review and approve technical documents, change orders, and procurement requests to maintain project scope.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee operations, enforce safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues.
Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and variance explanations to internal and external
stakeholders.
Support contract administration, including negotiations, compliance checks, and dispute resolution.
Mentor junior team members, such as Project Engineers, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Contribute to process improvements and lessons learned for future projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or construction management roles.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS
Project).
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and risk assessment.
Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,211.62 per year
