The purpose of this position is to support all of the retail operations and perform duties in all areas of the Midshipmen Store, Gift Shop, Barbershop, Uniform Store, Online Store, or any other retail operation within NABSD.Qualifications:In order to meet the basic requirement of the Sales Associate position, NF-2091-02, you must meet one of the following:
(a) Have at least one year of general work experience; OR
(b) 2 years of education beyond high school.
YOU WILL BE RATED ON THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) FOR THIS POSITION:
(a) Have at least one year of general work experience; OR

- Incumbent must have front-facing customer service experience. Experience working in a retail setting is preferred.
- Incumbent must have the ability to multi-task and learn quickly. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of point-of sales (POS).
- Experience performing inventory duties, such as restocking sales floor, conducting physical counts, assisting with inventory control procedures, etc.
