The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight support of the organization's mission. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of general experience equivalent at the next lower grade(NK-1 or GS-04) in Federal service or equivalent in other pay systems or (2) years education above the high school level. General experience is described as: Responsible for Security, Government Travel Card, Government Purchase Card, Defense Travel System, Drug Demand Reduction, Personnel Processing, Timekeeping, and Unit Recognition Programs and maintains reporting records. Develops, establishes, updates, and maintains office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. Keeps squadron leader and deputy apprised of policy and administration and executes directives through establishment of procedures for all programs.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, administrative, and teamwork skills. Candidate will have the ability to accurately interpret instructions, independently assess requirements, and provide quality finished products and solutions. Prior experience working in an Air Force Civil Engineer Squadron is desired with the ability to learn and adapt to changing situations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social).
