- Applying advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve management processes, systems, and mission support programs, including areas such as budget, performance measurement, organizational structure, and policy.
- Developing and implementing training programs, including curriculum design, instructor development, and delivery methods, to address workforce development needs and operational demands.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior officials, interagency partners, and law enforcement agencies, to align programs with strategic priorities and operational goals.
- Preparing comprehensive reports, policy documents, and executive-level briefings to inform leadership decisions and support organizational objectives.
- Resolving complex programmatic issues, developing long-range plans, and recommending strategies to enhance training capacity, reduce attrition rates, and improve workforce retention.
